I can not say enough about how great it was working with Nick and his team when it came time to sell my Aunts home in Springfield. My sisters and I live out on the east coast and when it became clear that our Aunt could no longer longer live independently in her home we called Nick because my aunt had seen his signs in the neighborhood. Well God was truly looking out for us because we could not have asked for a better person. Nick’s professionalism, kindness, honesty and patience was there from day one Of our working together. He helped us in working out all the details and went above and beyond during what was a very difficult time in our family. We can’t thank Nick and his team enough for all they did in making the whole process, especially living so far away, easy and relatively stress free.
